Welcome! The Hemp Marketplace is an easy-to-use platform to list or ask for Industrial Hemp Materials. All materials are produced from industrial hemp grown in compliance with state hemp regulatory systems under agricultural pilot programs consistent with the United States Agricultural Act of 2014, and with the soon-to-be-enacted Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018. Industrial hemp is not marijuana. All state hemp regulatory programs require that the plants are tested for concentrations of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) below a certain threshold, usually established as 0.3 percent THC by dry weight.

The Raw Listings section are only for raw and lightly-processed hemp materials, the Premium Listings are for extracted/finished products and support services, and the Company Listings are for business profiles. Please refer to each section for listing fees. Note that all listings payment are final, no refunds.

The Hemp Marketplace is an advertising site only. The Hemp Marketplace itself sells no products or services and has no contact with buyers or sellers; it is a self-regulated site. Be careful of listings that look too good to be true. Always request and confirm pricing, cultivar names, Certificates of Analysis (COA’s), payment and shipping options. If anything feels odd do not proceed. The Hemp Marketplace does not represent buyers or sellers and does not get involved in any transactions between buyers and sellers.
