When may you accurately use the term “organic”?

Answer: Unless your farm and crop have received an Organic Certification from an organic certification company such as “One Cert”, “Organic Certifiers”, or “Quality Assurance International” you are not legally allowed to use the term “organic.” Saying that your hemp is grown using natural and sustainable practices is fine. However, please only say “organic” when the above criteria are met.
