We at Fresh Bros have a very strict production schedule especially with Delta 8 gummies. We informed this customer of at least a 3 week lead time and that the order was to be fulfilled in order of the wire that we have. The customer was very rude and impatient, cursing out all of our team, not only his assigned sales rep. He actively called everyone on our staff to yell, curse and scream. We decided to issue a FULL REFUND and actually filled his order with another client.
Unfortunately you can’t please everyone but we do the best we can with the productions schedules and high demand for Delta 8 that we are experiencing.
Again, we are sorry this customer feels this way, which is why when he couldn’t wait we issued a FULL refund even though the production was underway.
