Keeping your hemp crop THC levels at or below .3% THC is critically important. I encourage farmers to begin testing potency when the flowers first emerge typically in early August and then re-test every 2 weeks to follow the rising cannabinoid levels. If your crop is getting close to the .3% THC level, make plans to harvest even if the date was earlier than expected. The last thing any farmers wants is to fail their state test and have to destroy their crop.
