Where can I purchase a small quantity high quality full-spectrum CBD to experiment with my own skin care/topical products.

Does anybody out there no licensing requirements in California for topicals. Bath and Body CBD products. Trying to start a small business, have never done it before, looking for a bit of advice/guidance.

Rachael, thanks for your posts! I am unsure of licensing requirements in CA for topical products, maybe someone who does know will chip in?

As for purchasing high quality, full-spectrum CBD, you can do that right here on the Hemp Marketplace!

Just find a listing that matches your qualifications and reach out! If you are looking for isolate/distillate/full-spectrum products, those can be found under the premium listings tab, while raw flower can be found under the raw tab.

I have had surprising success creating high % cbd flower infused oil for topical application. I feel I am working intuitively though… drawing from my experience with marijuana infusions from when I lived in Colorado. Is there any recommended resources out there aside from google searching for practical education on medicinal amd micro-dosing infusions with cbd?
