With the November elections quickly approaching, how does the forecast bode for the hemp industry? This is a pivotal time for the industry and a change in administration could hinder or advance the state of things.

US politicians and law-makers have learned more about the hemp industry and the popular products it produces during the hemp boom, such as extracts and smokable flower. Lessening the THC threshold is also a highly contested issue that has a lot of potential for law-makers to shape the industry.

How could hemp production and regulations change after November? What legislative moves would need to be made in order to steer the ship in on a good course?
